Activ CRM
A CRM built for the way B2C teams actually operate.
Leads, customers, appointments, tasks, documents and communications — without burying the team under enterprise CRM complexity.
One operational view
Less CRM admin. More useful action.
Activ CRM is designed around the next thing your team needs to do — not around filling in fields for the sake of it.
- Lead and customer journeys built for B2C volumes
- Appointments, tasks and next actions shown in context
- SMS, email and document workflows inside the record
- APIs and automation hooks rather than a closed system
- Multi-tenant architecture with role-based access
Core capabilities
Everything connected to the customer journey.
Each module is there because an operational team needed it, and each one ties back to the lead, customer or case that created it.
Lead management
Allocation, status, source, product interest and next actions in one view, with sales journeys that match how your team qualifies and converts.
Customer records
A single record per customer that holds identity, contact preferences, products, relationships and consent without duplicate entries creeping in.
Customer timeline
A useful history of messages, calls, documents, notes, tasks and operational events, so anyone picking up the record can see what happened last.
Appointments and tasks
Bookings, callbacks and follow-ups that stay visible and attached to the person they relate to, rather than living in a separate diary.
Documents
Request, store, approve and automate document workflows inside the customer journey, with the status visible on the record.
SMS and email
Two-way messaging tracked against the record, with templates and automated sends for confirmations, reminders and chasers.
Dynamic forms
Configurable forms for enquiries, fact-finds and service requests that write structured data straight into the record.
Workflow automation
Triggers and rules for the routine parts of the journey: allocation, reminders, escalations, status changes and hand-offs.
APIs, roles and tenants
A documented API for every core object, role-based access for teams and partners, and multi-tenant architecture for group structures.
How it fits the operation
Designed around the flow of work, not the data model.
A typical B2C journey in Activ CRM, from first contact to service. Each step leaves the record ready for the next person.
- Step 1
Capture and allocate
Enquiries arrive from forms, calls, partners or the API and are allocated by rule, with source and product interest already set.
- Step 2
Qualify and book
The team works from next actions rather than lists. Appointments and callbacks are booked against the lead with confirmations sent automatically.
- Step 3
Convert and collect
Sales outcomes, documents and payments are recorded on the same timeline, with document requests and chasers handled by workflow.
- Step 4
Serve and retain
Service tasks, renewals and follow-ups continue on the customer record, with SMS, email and AI agents able to act on it.
Integrations
Built to connect, not to lock you in.
Activ CRM exposes its objects and events so the rest of your stack can use them. Integration is a configuration exercise, not a professional-services project.
- REST API
- Documented endpoints for leads, customers, tasks, appointments, documents and messages.
- Webhooks and events
- Subscribe to status changes and operational events to drive downstream automation.
- Activ SMS and Activ Agent
- Messaging and AI agents work on the same record with no separate integration work.
- Automation platforms
- Works with Make, n8n and Power Automate for teams that already run scenarios there.
- Microsoft Azure
- Runs on Azure with options suited to UK businesses and regulated environments.
- Existing systems
- Integration services for line-of-business platforms, portals and contact-centre tooling.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Is Activ CRM only for B2C businesses?
It is designed around high-volume consumer journeys: many individual customers, appointments, documents and follow-ups. Teams with a similar operational shape in B2B can use it, but the design decisions favour B2C.
How does it differ from a large enterprise CRM?
It is narrower on purpose. The core objects and workflows are opinionated about B2C operations, so there is less to configure and less to maintain. Extension happens through the API and automation rather than a large customisation layer.
Can we use it alongside our existing systems?
Yes. The API, webhooks and integration services are there so the CRM can sit next to portals, telephony, finance and specialist platforms rather than replacing them all at once.
Where is it hosted and who can access the data?
Activ CRM runs on Microsoft Azure with hosting options suitable for UK businesses. Access is role-based and tenants are isolated. We will talk through your specific requirements rather than making blanket claims.
How long does it take to get running?
That depends on how much of your journey you want to move at once. We usually start with one process that is slowing the team down, map it, and set the CRM up around that first.
See it against your workflow
Start with the process that's slowing the team down.
We'll map the journey and show what Activ CRM would replace, connect to or automate.
