None of these is unusual on its own. The point is that the same team does all of them, so the product, the workflow and the integration are designed as one thing.

- We build and run our own products. That discipline, from API design to release management, is what the rest of the work sits on.

- Most of us have run or supported customer-facing operations. We know what a bad hand-off costs, and what a good one looks like in practice.
- Automation
- Workflow automation done deliberately: towards a defined operational state, with exceptions routed to people rather than lost.
- Cloud
- Microsoft Azure by default, with architecture suited to UK businesses and regulated environments. Small services, monitored properly.
- AI
- AI agents for real operational conversations, designed with identity checks, structured outcomes, auditability and human handoff from the start.
- Integration
- Modern APIs on our products and pragmatic integration services around older platforms, so the workflow is never held hostage by one system.
Two companies, one way of working
A sister company of Activ Ops Solutions.
Activ Ops Software is the product company. It owns, builds and runs the Activ apps — Activ CRM, Activ SMS and Activ Agent — as software you subscribe to, hosted at activops.app. Activ Ops Solutions is the consulting and bespoke development business: operational advice, integration work and custom engineering around whatever systems a client runs. The two share people and an aversion to technology for its own sake, and where a product needs bespoke work around it, they work together.

Workflow first
We map the process before we talk about the product. If a product doesn't fit, we say so.
API-first
Every product exposes what it does. The interface uses the same API our customers do.
Human-led AI
Automation with defined limits, structured outcomes and a person at the points that matter.
No invented numbers
We publish client names and figures only with their agreement. Everything else is described, not counted.
